1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mingle Me application ("Mingleme", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mingle Me. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use & Code of Conduct

You agree to use the Service respectfully. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Harassing, bullying, stalking, or threatening other users.
• Posting or sharing content that is illegal, explicit, defamatory, or promotes hate speech.
• Using the service for commercial purposes, spamming, or fraudulent activities.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating your affiliation with a person or entity.

4. Virtual Currency (Coins) & Payments

Mingle Me uses a virtual currency ("Coins") to facilitate certain features like audio/video calls and virtual gifts. Coins can be purchased through our supported payment gateways (e.g., Stripe).

All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may only be used within the application.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g., photos, profile text). By uploading content, you grant Mingle Me a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with providing the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

6. Audio and Video Calls

Our service provides real-time audio and video communication features via WebRTC. By utilizing these features, you consent to the transmission of your voice and image to other users you choose to connect with. We do not record these calls; however, you should always exercise caution when sharing personal information.

7. Termination of Account

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any remaining virtual currency (Coins) will be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mingle Me, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
